Doctoral students awarded the FNP START program scholarship

Once again, the Foundation for Polish Science has announced the list of one hundred most talented Polish scientists under the age of thirty. These are the winners of the START program competition (START 2026 edition), through which the Foundation has been recognizing outstanding representatives of the young generation of researchers for more than 30 years. This year, the scholarships were awarded for the 34th time.

We are pleased to announce that among this year’s scholarship recipients are two of our doctoral students:

  • M.Sc. Adam Kabański
  • M.Sc. Patrycja Zdeb-Stańczykowska

The START program of the Foundation for Polish Science is the oldest scholarship program in Poland for the best young scientists representing all fields of research. Its aim is to support outstanding young scholars and encourage their further academic development. Winners of the START 2026 edition will receive an annual scholarship of PLN 30,000. The total amount allocated by FNP for scholarships in the 34th START competition exceeds PLN 3 million.
