Doctoral School of Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (DS ILTSR PAS) is an international and interdisciplinary doctoral school run by one of leading institutes of Polish Academy of Sciences located in Wrocław:

The DS ILTSR PAS teaches candidates for the academic degree of Doctor in the field of natural sciences in the disciplines of:

• physical sciences,
• chemical sciences.

Individualised education at DS ILTSR PAS lasts four years and the lectures are provided in English.

In parallel to the education program, doctoral students carry out their doctoral thesis following the Individual Research Plans. The list of topics available in a given year is published during the recruitment process.

An integral part of education and research work at DS ILTSR PAS is foreign cooperation, including short research stays in the best foreign research centers and large user facilities and trips to schools and scientific conferences.

Every DS ILTSR PAS doctoral student receives a scholarship for the entire period of education except for statutory exclusions.
